President Trump intends to nominate Ken Cuccinelli, former attorney general of Virginia, to serve as the new director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within the Department of Homeland Security, The Washington Post reported Friday. Cuccinelli is expected to succeed L. Francis Cissna, who will step down as head of USCIS on June 1st.
